Provide technical, educational,
operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Heart
Failure sales and customer service objectives. CRHF seeks candidates who
will meet our customer expectations by striving without reserve for the

**A DAY IN THE LIFE - POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ TechnicalSupport

+ Successfullycompletes CRHF Field Technical Training including online and field-basedtraining

+ Performschecks/interrogations of all CRHF medical device systems post sign-off

+ Supportsimplants of all CRHF products post sign-off

+ Provideson-call support as needed on evenings and weekends post sign-off

+ Providetroubleshooting support as requested

+ OperationalSupport

+ Assurescompletion of patient registration and any other required hospitaldocumentation

+ Helpsmanage consignment inventory and trunk inventory once obtained

+ Providesadditional inventory support to meet customer needs

+ Maintainssoftware on programmers throughout the district as directed

+ Assistswith managing daily coverage logistics as needed

+ EducationalSupport

+ Educatesand trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products orsolutions for which training has been completed

+ Assistswith educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representativespost sign-off

+ SalesSupport

+ Partnerswith DSM, Sales Reps and DM to learn market dynamics and local customermotivations and needs; has a basic understanding of how Medtronic CRHF productsand solutions offer value to the customer

+ Assistswith obtaining customer POs throughout the quarter

+ Hasa basic understanding of the competitive landscape

+ Independentlyidentifies customer needs and opportunities and provides feedback to SalesRep(s) to support sales objectives

+ OngoingTechnical Development

+ Staysup to date on new products, solutions and patient management offerings

+ Completesall assigned training in a timely manner

+ Performsother related duties as assigned


**MUST HAVE - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**


_IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWINGBASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME_


+ AHigh School Diploma PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in the healthcareor engineering field, OR

+ AnAssociates Degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the healthcareor engineering field, OR

+ ABachelors Degree


**NICE TO HAVE - DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**


+ ABachelors Degree PLUS a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the healthcareor engineering field

+ ABachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering

+ Strongwork ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position

+ Expertisewith Microsoft tools

+ Abilityto meet vendor credentialing requirements

+ Excellentcustomer service skills

+ Excellentinterpersonal, written/verbal communication skills

+ Abilityto coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-pacedenvironment in an organized manner while meeting deadline


**PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Frequentrequired travel to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required tobe independently mobile

+ Continuousverbal and written communication

+ Frequent 2-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs. from floor to chair/table and from one toanother surface at approximately the same level

+ Sitting,standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day

+ Environmentalexposures include eye protection, infectious disease and radiation

+ Ability to wear7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods of time while in the O.R.

+ Frequentlyrequired to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls

+ Ability toeffectively use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard and mouse

+ Frequentbending/stooping, squatting and balance

+ Specific visionabilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depthperception, and ability to adjust focus in relation to travel and operating apersonal computer

+ Must be able todrive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory.

+ ClinicalSpecialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to beavailable as unscheduled needs arise. CSs are required to work a number ofweekend and holidays during the quarter, as determined by localmanagement. Weeknight call coverage isthe primary responsibility of the Sales Rep, however, at times, business and/orgeographical needs require a CS to be scheduled for week night coverage asapproved by regional management.

+ Must have avalid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition,your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of yourapplication.


**Travel Requirements:**


+ Minimumtravel of 10%
