Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business and have significant impact across the lifecycle of a trade. We partner extensively with a range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with our external client base, playing a key role in the overall client experience. We have a Client relationship group, dedicated to overseeing the Organizational service performance and strategic partnership for our top tier client base, where we play a key role in supporting our global clients to ensure they have a first-class experience when doing business with Citi.


We work closely with our external global peers, partners, and regulators, and play an integral part in leading an agenda at the forefront to optimize and streamline processes and drive strategy across our industry.


**Job Purpose:**


This is an Assistant Vice President (AVP) role within FCX Operations supporting our Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Clearing and FXPB business. The role includes significant interface with the firm's business partners, contra brokers and clients. The candidate will be expected to provide and manage day to day client service functions, as well as drive and implement projects and initiatives to drive strategy and meet efficiency goals.


The Customer Service Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing clients with resolutions and support in coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support.


You will play a pivotal part in helping to support the lifecycle of a trade. Working closely with Business partners, Clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure all transactions flow through our front to back Operations teams.


**Risk Management:**


+ Overseeing and executing critical core operations activities to maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis

+ Daily Collaboration across Global Clients, Trading, and Operations teams to provide solutions and identify/resolve root cause.

+ Acting as key point of contact for the team across internal and external stakeholders

+ Identifying trends, synergies and weaknesses across products and regions.


**Organizational Transformation:**


+ Providing input to simplify, improve and measure processes by delivering enhancements to the control environment, and the customer journey with input to design techniques and digital automation


+ Providing input into initiatives to continuously improve straight through processing (STP) rates, including the use of robotics, workflow and other innovative re-engineering techniques

+ Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and cultivating a robust service and control environment

+ Championing diversity and inclusion to create a working environment which allows our People to thrive and excel


**Responsibilities:**


+ Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients and serve as single point of contact for queries, engaging to understand client service needs and gaps

+ Liaise with internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations

+ Identify and implement process improvements and test new features/functions

+ Perform regulatory, audit and control assessments and create reports for internal and/or external distribution

+ Contribute to short and long-term projects and engage with global partners where necessary to meet client requirements.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


**Qualifications:**


+ Strong communication / partnership skills with the ability to gain support within the organization to work in the best interest of our clients and our overall strategic goals.

+ A demonstrated ability to assess processes, evaluate controls, engage with risk/audit/compliance to deliver control enhancements and a demonstrated ability to systematize associated processes.

+ Takes ownership of initiatives - with the ability to multi-task and deliver results

+ Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

+ 5-8 years of previous financial services experience preferred

+ Futures/OTC product experience preferred but not required

+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
