The Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Clinic at UW Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join their leadership team.  This position provides leadership for clinical and administrative functions.  Establishes and maintains credibility as leader of day-to-day operations of the clinic.  Develops, coordinates, and maintains various work processes that ensure successful daily clinical function.  Monitors efficient personnel schedules to streamline clinic services. Promotes effective communication among staff and patients to assure optimal patient outcomes.  Identifies staff and resource problems and takes necessary steps toward problem resolution.  As directed, leads hiring processes for medical assistants, RNs, office/student assistants; interviews and makes recommendations for hire.  Assists with planning, and implements orientation and educational programs for staff.

Requires Washington State RN license, BSN, and at least two years of nursing experience, including charge, lead or supervisory experience; outpatient experience preferred.
