Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Responsible for disassemble, rework, and reassemble of guidance systems. 
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime/extended hours, weekends, and Holidays as needed€¯ 

Candidate will support Honeywell Operating System (HOS) including Lean principles, teamwork, continuous improvement, 5S, daily management and documentation of standard work.€¯ 

Associate selected will become part of a flexible work force, supporting ISC operational and production needs as required. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Analyze data and production reports
  • Set up and change over equipment

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Prior mechanical assembly experience

      WE VALUE
      • Soldering experience 
      • Production floor operations experience in one or more of the following: circuit card assembly (CCA), sub assembly build, top level mechanical build experience, repair experience preferred.
      • Ability to use hand tools, soldering equipment, and tools with specific torque values to accomplish assigned duties 
      • Computer skills that includes MS Office and manufacturing or production floor routing and tracking systems.
      • SAP or similar MRP systems
      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read prints, follow written procedures, and utilize knowledge-based experience 
      • Manual dexterity and ability to use mechanical/electrical and instrumentation tools
