APAC ICRM Capacity Planning Senior Analyst

Serves as a compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM product and function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Supporting the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.

+ Reviewing various materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements.

+ Identifying potential risks and escalating for further review, as required.

+ Creating and maintaining reports for control, tracking, and analysis purposes and ensures appropriate and secure retention of documents.

+ Working with more senior staff in investigating and responding to raised compliance risk management issues and preparing routine correspondence.

+ Interacting and working with other areas within ICRM, as necessary.

+ Coordinating and tracking policy, training, and other compliance risk management initiatives.

+ Assisting in the preparation, editing and maintenance of Compliance program related materials.

+ Additional duties as assigned.

+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


**Qualifications:**


+ Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization

+ Strong project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple

+ projects at one time

+ Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Some knowledge in area of focus

+ Overall work experience of 4-6 years


**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; Advanced degree a plus


**Purpose of Role:**


Regular preparation and presentation of information related to capacity planning and workload management to the regional and country teams.


**Key responsibilities:**


**Methodology & Governance**


+ Capacity Coordinator supports the Capacity Lead in Regional Capacity Planning monthly process execution.

+ Cooperates with global team within area of Capacity Planning.

+ Participates in new initiatives connected with Capacity Planning.

+ Cooperates with other Teams in order to obtain information and data required in Capacity Planning process.

+ Analyses data and provides recommendations to Senior Management (data related to/ impacting Capacity Planning).


**Planning**


+ Follows forecasting standards and mechanisms to track against plan.

+ Takes part in effective time recording processes. Implements changes to report calculation mechanisms according to the policy or strategy changes across multiple functions/business areas serviced. Tracks evidence of effectiveness of planning standards and highlights areas for improvements.


**Tool, Systems & Data**


+ Uses tools and automates them in order to execute the Capacity Planning process.

+ Works proactively to resolve any gaps in the data extracted and incorporated in the final reports. Provides feedback where required to those who update the system.

+ Supports coding, testing and maintaining designed applications / reports tailored to the requirements set up by the Capacity Lead.

+ Identifies application enhancement and initiates improvements execution.


**Stakeholder Management**


+ Demonstrates proficiency in communication and understanding of challenges and opportunities within capacity planning.

+ Demonstrates confidence and proficiency in communicating and influencing at Senior Management level, including communication of unwelcome messages and proactive engagement.

+ Supports the Capacity Lead in delivering all regional and global reporting requirements for the hub within agreed deadlines.

+ Uses global standard policies, procedures and tools.

+ Operates within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards.

+ Prepares documentation, including both process-level and user-level documentation.


**Data Quality & Reconciliation**


+ Responsible for maintaining the compliance of capacity models solutions to audit/control requirements within the organization.

**Knowledge/Experience:**


+ Professional knowledge of the market capacity models

+ Experience in participation in quality/process improvement activities within a function or division.

+ Strong understanding of reporting systems

+ Effectively manage the availability of IT Infrastructures and Services


**Qualifications:**


+ 2+ years equivalent relevant experience in capacity planning

+ Math/Science Bachelors degrees or last years of technical studies

+ Experience with VBA and MS Excel/Access tools development

+ Experience with Oracle SQL queries
