AML Training Program Administrator

Job Level: Associate

The AML Training Administrator on the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training Team will support the Team by performing, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate governance and training program administration duties. This team member will have additional impacts on the AML Program by assigning training and establishing communications with the appropriate audiences. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate attention to detail, organization skills, ownership of assigned tasks, and a willingness to learn about AML, training, and development.

General Responsibilities:

  • Supports the AML Training Team through multiple daily, weekly, and as needed touchpoints, such as:

    • Coordinating logistics and supporting training facilitation

    • Coordinating assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure audiences receive the appropriate training

    • Tracking and escalating training attendance / exceptions

    • Assisting in the maintenance and production of necessary documentation in an audit / exam environment

    • Create and maintain documentation of key decisions which impact the AML Training Program

    • Participating in, adhering to, and managing (as necessary) AML Training Team processes and process documentation

    • Managing communications to and from the AML Training Team and delivering messages about key initiatives and goals

  • Provides a positive experience through thoughtful and engaging communications that achieve business priorities

  • Researches and resolves a wide variety of issues and queries using independent judgment with little or no assistance

  • Meets or exceeds governance requirements while effectively managing and adapting to change

  • Works with management to identify process improvements

  • Investigates and resolves issues with little or no assistance

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, or at least 1 year of experience in process management, or at least 1 year of administrative experience

  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft or Google suites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Military Experience

  • 3 years of experience in training coordination, or 3 years of experience in process management, or 3 years of experience in project management, or 3 years of administrative experience

  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft or Google suites
