**Job Description**

The AVP Agile Engagement & Strategic Partnership Analys **t** is a strategic professional who will help the Data Capabilities, Controls, and Analytics (DCCA) team to transition to agile methodologies throughout Personal Bank. We want to improve the teams ability to deliver data management and data quality in an agile fashion utilizing agile tools and concepts. This analyst will assist the VP on building out our partnership with Risk, Finance, Business partners and operations to define the interaction model as well as educate our partners on data management and ownership in an agile delivery methodology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in agile implementation. Responsible for supporting key projects within the DCCA team with excellent communication, attention to detail, and organization of managing multiple projects.


+ Support execution of initiatives. Activities include project planning, prioritizing requirements and tasks, seeking diverse points of view for optimal solutions, understanding, resolving or escalating issues and concerns and influencing team members to deliver on time

+ Track project progress and problem solve obstacles to achieve objectives

+ Create status report updates, issues / challenges / risks and solutions

+ Support efforts in training and communication to achieve enterprise-wide change associated with agile implementation as well as supporting efforts to drive implementation and adoption of necessary tools to build and run effective processes

+ Continuously identifies or supports opportunities to streamline and simplify execution of agile implementation

+ Facilitate effective communication between project teams and management, including excellent communication when presenting and leading meetings

+ Quick learner with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Act as a partner to the PMO team on agile implementation and planning


+ 5+ years of experience

+ Experience in both Waterfall & Agile environment (preferred)

+ Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and organization skills

+ Self-starter that is willing to take initiative to complete assignments/ grow into independent work

+ Ability to drive progress with minimal guidance and short turnaround times

+ Demonstrates project planning from project initiation to implementation with attention to detail

+ Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work with multiple different teams

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS


+ Bachelors/University degree

+ Agile certification (preferred)
