_Sales Manager - Affluent Client Acquisition_

_Citigold Private Client and Citigold account acquisitions, Qualified Client growth along with deepening of Wallet through Investment / Insurance / FX penetration in the account_

_Core Responsibilities:_

**_Scale up Business_** _- Identify opportunities to expand reach and business footprint._

+ _Own the affluent segment in the wealth space by on-boarding Citigold Private Client and Citigold Accounts_

+ _Early Engagement and Activation of accounts on Investment , Insurance and Fx_

+ _Optimize cross sell opportunity for credit cards , mortgage and business lending_

+ _Ensure and drive leads generation through references, micromarketing activities, and other permissible databases._

+ _Understand customer needs, explore and educate customer on financial needs arising at various life stages._

**_Market Intelligence_** _- Understand the industry trends and keep an eye on competition strategy w.r.t to sourcing, technology and innovations_ **_Customer Relationship_** _- Customer focused need based selling_ **_Deepening of Wallet_** _- Work on initiatives to improve DII, Investment, Insurance penetration and QCG_ **_Cross Sell_** _- Ensuring Cross sell of all Products like Cards, Investments and Mortgage_ **_Remarkable Client experience_** _- Providing quick resolution & close looping customer queries_


_1. Monthly reiteration of Dos and Donts and create a_

_strong culture of controls and compliance within the team._

_2. Keep the team updated on lessons learnt_

_3. Ensure lowest TAT & FTR for the location_

_4. Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process_

_with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation._

**People :**

_Drive high performance culture amongst the team and create an environment congenial for people to share best practices for the overall growth of the team._ _Review people performance in a structured / periodical manner and outline a process to review feedback_ _Identify training opportunities and enable trainings to constantly upskill the team._ _Manage Attrition_ _Discipline in Trainings; Certifications; HR related time lines adherence_ _Ensure adherence to operational risk controls and accuracy of procedures in day to day sales management_ _Identify business risks and engage with all stakeholders in order to correct them and take preventive/corrective action as appropriate._
