The Administrative Assistant Ill provides administrative support to the Sr. Director of Operations, Neurovascular. Interfaces and communicates effectively with employees, corporate executives, and external individuals and groups including customers and candidates.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Directly responsible for coordinating calendars, scheduling catering, and working with appropriate vendors/personnel to ensure room configurations for on and off-site meetings related to Sr. Director of Operations.

+ Coordinates conferences, events, VIP meetings related to Sr. Director of Operations

+ Schedules appointments, interviews, and domestic and international travel for Sr. Director of Operations.

+ Composes and/or transcribes routine correspondence, letters, and memos

+ Including proofreading for grammatical construction, spelling and flow, and distribute to appropriate personnel

+ Processes expense reports and invoices for Sr. Director of Operations

+ Receives incoming mail, faxes, telephone calls and visitors and routes to appropriate staff by exercising judgment regarding content and priority

+ Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet and presentation software for both internal and external use

+ Proactive in improving general office operations

+ Acts as liaison between NV Facilities Dept. and Sr. Director of Operations

+ Perform related duties as assigned

**Must Hav** **e: Minimum Requirements**

+ High School Degree or GED

+ Minimum of 4 years of administrative or project coordinator experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Intermediate to advance computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software

+ Organizational and effective time-management skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management

+ Attention to detail

+ Excellent judgment in handling confidential, legal, or sensitive information

+ Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

+ Pro-active in improving general office operations

+ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and effectively on cross-functional teams

+ Results and solution oriented

+ Customer focused

+ Demonstrated ability to make timely and well-reasoned decisions and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demand
