Legal Administrative Assistant - Corporate & Securities

Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to multiple attorneys. Candidates should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include document production, organizing and maintaining legal files, billing, time entry, maintaining calendars, coordination of heavy domestic and international travel arrangements, internet research, processing expenses, general office responsibilities and other projects as needed and/or assigned.
Skills & Competencies
Must provide excellent client service, have exceptional organizational and internet usage skills, and be detailed oriented and pro-active. Must be dependable and able to work at a fast pace and be a team player. Full time position (40 hours per week, 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch) with flexibility for overtime required.
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Position requirements include: a minimum four (4) years legal secretary experience at a medium to large sized law firm.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365), technologically advanced phone systems and time entry systems. Experience with Filesite a plus.
