Administration Team Leader

  • Be responsible of administration activities, such as:
    • Manage the purchasing by following the purchasing procedure and company policy to ensure that department and company objectives are achieved.
      • Together with subordinate staff, supplier, related user to solve problems relating to the loss, damage, shortage of goods, services…
      • Review contracts/documents prepared by staffs to maximize the benefits and minimize the risks for the company.
        • Ensure and maintain smooth running of the department.
        • Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
        • Do other tasks assigned by BOD.
        • Office and facilities management
        • Office space : work station arrangement for all departments of the Branch
        • Manage team: provide coaching &  guidance to maximize efficiency of the team, involving in the assessment process with Manager
        • Oversee, supervise admin activities of the branch including office and warehouse, ensure the flow day-to-day operations smoothly
        • Support other functions: Purchasing, HR, Security, EHS and other administrative  affairs
        •  Support company events
