A Chase Merchant Service Account Specialist IV is responsible for leading our call center &/or back-office teams. The Account Specialist IV provides support for Canada Merchant Services and assists with merchant queries from inbound emails and cases, in addition to providing assistance to frontline specialists, as well as day to day departmental tasks.
