Penn Medicine continues to grow with a unique opportunity in Clinical Talent Acquisition to be a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage across UPHS. This role is responsible for recruiting and sourcing strategy development and execution especially in the clinical Allied and Nursing Services and managing mid-level to executive roles while also managing an assigned team of recruitment staff. This role supports the function and businesses with benchmarks and market trends while effectively and efficiently filling all positions as assigned to her/him and the team s/he manages.This position may also participate in special projects as identified such as but not limited to AAP, EEO, diversity initiatives, staff development, marketing, retention, statistical programs new or updated processes and temporary workforce and pipeline strategies. The focus for the first year will be to support and manage a seamless integration strategy to insource Princeton Health recruitment.The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a team of recruiters and is responsible for building a strategic and tactical recruitment function for the assigned areas. This position requires the ability to work with a level of performance that requires independent action, analysis and interpretation. Must be comfortable with the use of data and analysis in driving recruitment and retention strategies.

Minimum Requirements:\t-Bachelor's Degree Required. Preferred areas include Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.\n\n-Master's Degree desirable. Preferred areas include Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.\n\n-Minimum of 7 years’ recruitment experience in healthcare recruitment with at least 3 years’ experience in recruiting management and/or managing direct reports. Experience as a TA Lead or in a Manager capacity in a large system or healthcare environment is highly preferred.\n\n-Three or more years' experience managing recruiting professionals is strongly preferred.\n\n-Prior Experience selecting and managing executive search partners and projects strongly preferred.\n\n-AIRS Certification Preferred\n-SHRM Certification Preferred
