U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce. **Qualifications:** **Responsibilities** + Support the enterprise-wide CapExplanning process by supporting tools and analysis surrounding InvestmentRoadmaps and the Strategic Planning process which drive prioritizationdecisions. + Partner with different lines ofbusiness to build business cases that define the economic model for upcominginvestments. + Track KPI's and ensure that majorin-flight projects are delivering on their financial commitments. + Help design the process to streamlinegovernance and improve speed to market of major innovations + Learn U.S. Bank Capital Expenditureprioritization and approval process. + Learn U.S. Bank Strategic Planningprocess and how this influences capital allocation + Learn the different lines of businessat U.S. Bank, and how their work contributes to U.S. Bank's overall financialperformance. **Skills & Qualifications** + Pursuing an MBA degree, preferably in Finance orrelated field. + 3-5 years of prior work experience in financialservices industry preferred. + Nature of team's work evolves often and does notfollow a linear path, so comfort with ambiguity is important. + Strong written and verbal communication skills forcross-bank partnership. + Experience with Business Intelligence tools such asPowerBI or Tableau preferred. **Whatto expect after you apply** U.S. Bank posts internship positions by location and career interest.
