Do we want to focus on an intern touching several different routines, or do we want an intern to focus on one or two things, start to finish? 10 week summer internship (end of May to beginning of August) could present some opportunities to: **Qualifications:** **Responsibilities** + Work with stakeholders across the enterprise to obtain and analyze disparate data sets to support management decision making, sound governance and the Companys ongoing sales practices risk management narrative. + Identify emerging risks and issues with sales practices impact and advise on remediation regarding the same. + Review and edit relevant enterprise Policies and support business line implementation regarding the same. + Provide support for key strategic program initiatives, as needed. + Enhance Sales and Services Risk Oversight presence on internal networks and social media, including updating existing materials and identifying additional opportunities for engagement with other stakeholders. + **Design and develop internal Sales and Services Risk Oversight workflows, including but not limited to SharePoint routines.** + **Participate in incentive plan, campaign and referral program oversight, providing feedback and guidance to drive risk mitigation efforts.** + Execute additional ad hoc risk management and oversight activities to identify indicators of emerging sales practices risk, as needed. + Review emerging external risks for applicability to U.S. Bank operations and determine additional risk mitigations actions, as needed. + Review strategic transactions (mergers and acquisitions) from a sales practices risk management perspective and recommend mitigation plans to impacted stakeholders regarding the same. **Skills & Qualifications** + Pursuing a degree in business ethics, law,compliance, operational risk management or human resources a plus + Previous experience working in a financial servicesinstitution a plus + Previous experience working in a risk management, legal,compliance or human resources function a plus **What to expect after you apply** U.S. Bank posts internship positions by location and career interest.
