What Youll Do

The global leader of Enterprise Networking  renewal specialists will be responsible for building, training, and leading a team to drive renewal of recurring offers within Ciscos Enterprise Networking portfolio. Renewal specialists engage customers alongside Customer Experience (CX), integrated sales, and channel partner team members to renew and expand customer investment in Ciscos recurring offers. The renewal specialist drives a successful customer renewal experience by sharing customer value propositions for Enterprise Networking offers, highlighting compelling migration and expansion options, addressing objections & competitive risks, detailing purchase/pricing options, and facilitating smooth renewal sales transaction processes. In this leadership role, you will build direct relationships with sales and services teams, Enterprise Networking  specialist sales leadership, Enterprise Networking  business unit leadership, CX product management teams, customers, and partners to improve renewal revenue retention and ARR (annual recurring revenue) growth globally for the Enterprise Networking portfolio. Finally, you will be accountable for onboarding and integrating new Enterprise Networking offers into CX renewals portfolio.

Who You Are

Customer Experience is driving rapid transformation of the customer success and renewal experience across Cisco, our customers, and partners. You will need to have demonstrated experience and desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will have proven experience and commensurate business results leading a diverse global sales or customer experience team. You have demonstrated success building and training a motivated team and customer focused culture. You have the presence and ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, internal teams and executive leadership. You will serve as liaison to the Enterprise Networking Business  Unit with regards to renewal sales performance, strategy development and GTM models.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • 10 - 15 years senior management experience, ideal candidate should possess both sales leadership and cross functional/general management experience and a deep understanding of recurring revenue
  • 4+ years direct management/leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience selling or renewing recurring offers
  • Understanding of Ciscos Enterprise Networking portfolio and value proposition
  • Practical experience driving business results and measuring performance using tools like Salesforce.com
  • High Impact Communication: Clearly and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that drives others thoughts and actions.
