**Job Description:**







**Position Overview** :







As a member of the US Digital Infrastructure (DI) team, this individual contributor will assist in, and in certain instances independently manage, activity and programs for a number of internal and external marketing and communications systems in support of US Siemens business objectives and core communications and marketing projects. This individual will serve as a primary administer for our content management platforms both internally and externally and work closely with the US DI team on other infrastructure platforms aimed at content personalization, targeting and customer analytics.







**Responsibilities:**



Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.







Administration of the internal and/or external content management systems for Siemens USA (Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft SharePoint).



Project support for asset uploads to the Adobe Digital Asset Management tool for Siemens marketing and communications collateral.



Support in the design, implementation and execution of all content personalization and targeting technology in support of Siemens USA comms channels.



Apply relevant design, development and governance standards, policies and procedures to, and ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of all US DI development projects.



Consultation on new proposed marketing technology and application introductions for Siemens USA.



Support in the connections of new marketing technology platforms to our existing infrastructure.



Creation, deletion and editing of internal and external webpages across all Siemens US divisions and central support departments.



Project management support for new page and website creation.



Collaborate with external agencies in support of the businesses on the development and implementation of website applications (HTML5)



Technical support for Siemens US internal social media platforms, collaboration tools, file exchange systems and blog channels including new account creation, workflow development, troubleshooting and software updates testing and rollout.



Collaborate with Siemens IT support and ATOS team on technical requirements.



Support in the development and implementation of documentation and best practice information for all existing US DI marketing technology.







**Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:**

BA/BS degree required. Concentration in Communications, Marketing, IT preferred



7 plus years Marketing & Communications B2B experience



3 to 5 years experience working with Web Content Management Systems (Microsoft or preferably AEM.)



Web Content Management Systems (Microsoft or AEM.)



Strong project management experience and content coordination skills. Experience with JIRA, Trello or other PM software is preferred.



Marketing automation experience (Adobe/Eloqua/Oracle is highly preferred)



Experience with Adobe Analytics. Adobe Asset Manager, Adobe Target and Adobe Projects a plus



Understanding of HTML5 / Bootstrap framework



Understanding of website analytics and campaign tracking.



Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and networking skills



Ability to function independently and as part of a project team



Comfortable working within a highly matrixed organization with multiple lines of authority.



Able to set and adhere to timelines in coordination with project teams across the organization.



Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization



Comfortable dealing with change and new platforms / processes.



Strong attention to detail and project management skills.



Help prioritize business requirements with the business sponsors, analyze potential solutions, and translate requirements into solid designs within our digital ecosystem.



Experience in creating user-centric experience across a variety of technologies.



Ability and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities



Domestic travel up to 10%
