**Job Description:**

**Job Summary:**

Identify and implement best practices in connection with transaction banking services and relationship management in the Americas region. Conduct detailed bank fee negotiations and manage the associated expenses. Lead and participate in domestic and international project teams to identify technical process improvements, cost savings opportunities and identify the root causes of critical issues. Coordinate with tax, legal, accounting, shared services and the Siemens divisions to ensure transaction banking operations in the cash management area are in line with management objectives. Ensure all banking processes are adhering to the requirements set by the Siemens compliance framework.


+ Negotiate, analyze, manage, and budget transaction banking fees

+ Analyze credit card processing fees and implement strategies in coordination with the divisions to reduce card acceptance costs.

+ Drive best-in-class initiatives in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, straight through processing, governance andliquidity management

+ Support treasury activities around merger and acquisition/divestiture activity

+ Bank account documentation and contract negotiations

+ Manage overnight investment/overdraft conditions

+ Maintain expertise on traditional and fintech banking solutions to optimize banking infrastructure

+ Manage bank fee analysis tools and services

+ Support broader treasury strategic objectives, priorities and alignment to global standards

+ Manage Request for Proposal (RfP) and various systems implementation projects, including the coordination with finavigate, SAP system owners and other IT systems

+ Collaborate with other functional areas on projects, such as tax, accounting, HR payroll, A/P, A/R, IT to ensure sound execution/support of complicated business requirements and control costs.


+ Bachelors' degree required (degree in Finance is preferred).

+ 8+ years of corporate cash management and/or global transaction banking experience serving as advisor to top management on advanced cash management topics

+ Extensive knowledge across complex multiple treasury and banking disciplines with demonstrated success in project execution.

+ Successful history in negotiating pricing for products and services of a complex cash management configuration within a multinational environment.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of bank products, cash management techniques, bank account management and credit card processing fees/issues.

+ Strong communication and presentation skills especially in connection to upper management consultation

+ CTP, FP&A certifications preferred

+ Position requires 10-20% travel
