This role will provide exemplary customer service by managing total absence claims in a timely and accurate fashion

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Administer Family & Medical Leave Act standalone claims.

+ Adhere to federal and state regulatory and/or company plan requirements and established FMLA workflow procedures.

+ Promptly review new FMLA and other leave claims, evaluate against appropriate leave plans and make initial claim decision.

+ Perform leave follow-ups as required, including recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, RTW confirmation, etc.

+ Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and ensure appropriate diary documentation exists.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned or required

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ High School Diploma

+ 2-4 years of experience in customer service.

+ Must be able to work 12:30pm-9:00pm, or 2:30pm-11


+ Bachelors degree

+ Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

+ Working knowledge of FMLA/Disability/Leave procedures

+ Demonstrated critical thinking in activities requiring analysis, investigation, and/or planning.

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
