**Job Description:**







The Human Resources People & Leadership (HR PL) Center of Excellence (CoE) within Siemens Healthineers is holistically responsible for identifying and addressing the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Business Learning needs of Siemens Healthineers. Based on our business and people strategy, we develop and implement modern and value-adding solutions along the entire employee lifecycle to support the transformation of Siemens Healthineers to become THE enabler of Healthcare providers worldwide.







Reporting to the Head of People and Leadership for the Americas, the Talent Management and Learning Specialist is responsible for partnering with key business and HR stakeholders in the Region to identify and address talent management and learning needs through innovative and future-forward solutions.







Working closely with HRVPs, the HRBC organization, and the leadership team, the Specialist is responsible for delivering the bundled offerings and services of Learning and Talent Management to support people strategies and priorities within the Americas. Additionally, the Specialist is expected to implement global initiatives in the Region. The Specialist works closely with colleagues across the functional center to ensure effective implementation of initiatives and actively supporting enterprise-wide HR efforts.







Responsibilities:



Locally implements Learning and Talent Management programs and services



Consults with HR Business Consultants and HR Business Partners to execute/operationalize key HR processes in the areas of Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning, and Leadership Development activities.



Implement global and regional PL initiatives in the Americas

Talent Management, Talent Development, Leadership Development



Learning, Organization Development







Spanish (preferred)







**Requirements:**







Bachelors degree in organizational development, human resources, industrial psychology or related field preferred







Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent management, human resources, and/or organizational development







Demonstrated success with designing and implementing talent focused plans and strategies in similar organizations







Experience working with all levels in an organization







Demonstrated strategic, management, analytical, organizational and team management skills







Excellent people, influencing and facilitation skills; executive presence.







Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results







Ability to successfully navigate in a matrix environment. Experience working in different cultural environments a plus.







Experience successfully supporting a diverse internal customer base by learning and understanding their business, objectives, and goals.







Experience establishing credibility and working relationships at all levels.







Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in an ever changing fast paced environment; high level of detail orientation.







Proficient with MS Office Suite (PPT, Word and Excel)







Travel: Travel could be up to 10%.







Work location: based in Malvern, PA, or Tarrytown, NY
