**Role Value Proposition:**

This is an excellent HR position responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to two of the senior Talent COE leads. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive and outstanding service orientation to their work, customer centric passion and focus, the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in an environment that requires frequent change. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactively anticipates and provides all essential administrative support. In addition, the successful candidate is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism at all levels of interactions internally and externally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, inbox, and address books; respond to incoming telephone calls, routing inquiries as appropriate.

+ Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings/events/conference calls/Web-ex presentations; anticipate and provide relevant materials/correspondence to meeting participants as needed.

+ Manage the Statement of Work and Purchase Order program for all Talent-specific external vendors and ensure invoices are promptly processed and reconciled for reimbursement/payments and files maintained.

+ Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries for department heads with extended support for their directs as needed.

+ Process expense reports and vendor invoices for reimbursement/payments and reconciliation for direct managers, and to their directs as appropriate.

+ Interface with senior leaders, executive assistants of senior leaders, at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the company.

+ Prepare and/or coordinate memoranda, presentations, reports and spreadsheets by creating templates and format, creating first draft (as necessary) and editing text, slides and other materials.

+ Assist, as needed, in any on-boarding support required for new Talent COE hires.

+ Back-up to Talent Project Manager for specific work initiatives and to Executive Recruitment Coordinators as needed for candidate travel, on-site interview logistics, etc.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ Experience working in a professional, client-centric environment.

+ Exceptional customer service capabilities, demonstrated ability to work to a high quality standard.

+ Outstanding attention to detail with good follow-up skills, proactive, stays ahead of requests.

+ Strong team player, seen as the go to person on both teams for administrative and troubleshooting assistance.


+ Prior HR and Talent experience a plus.

+ Potential and interest to move beyond this role to other HR and/or Talent positions.

+ Professional presence, able to build and sustain strong working partnerships through good communications skills and engagement in broader team goals.

+ Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx and file sharing such as Box, Sharepoint, etc.).
