**Role Value Proposition:**

The Senior Event Producer is responsible for coordinating all of the technical and production related elements involved in the delivery of live external corporate meetings and company events, ensuring that the proper equipment, suppliers and resources are allocated to achieve flawless event execution.

The Global Event Management team is responsible for the overall management and execution of the companys highest level meetings and events. As a member of this team, the Senior Event Producer will work in collaboration with the departments management, meeting planners and data management team as well as key company stakeholders and outside vendors in delivering high level services against key event projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manages all aspects of event production and provide guidance and expert knowledge to ensure all production supports corporate objectives, meet brand requirements, quality standards and business goals.

+ Create comprehensive event project plan to set up protocols and facilitate project/team processes.

+ Attend input sessions and maintain dialogue with stakeholders, planners to fully support on-going project needs during and between events.

+ Develop audio visual scope of works for ballroom events to include general sessions, workshops and evening functions.

+ Provides detailed analysis of production needs and recommendations for review by seniormanagement.

+ Coordinates complex RFPs to ensure best value and expense management

+ Consults with business leaders to determine needs for current and future planning

+ Source suppliers, negotiate rates, evaluate proposals, review contracts, award projects and manage vendors once contracted.

+ Travel to events to conduct site inspections, produce live events and manage vendors on-site.

+ Understand business content continuity and develop show flows and create/manage rehearsal schedules.

+ Responsible for payment and final reconciliation of vendor invoices.

+ Create and share post-production feedback documents

+ Provide mentoring/training to global planning partners

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

+ Knowledge of meeting & incentive industries and supporting technologies.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office General

+ Understanding of Autocad, or similar room layout package, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or audio editing.


+ Adhere to tight budget guidelines

+ Evaluate multiple proposals and make decision on most cost effective solution without compromising experience for attendees

+ Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Display decisive and successful problem solving skills

+ Achieve results through teamwork and collaboration

+ Produce results in a fast paced, high pressure, deadline driven environment

+ Ability to think strategically, understand business needs and apply creative problem-solving skills

+ Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ High degree of diplomacy

+ Ability to travel up to 30%


+ Five + years of experience in a live event production role.

+ Proficient in PowerPoint

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


+ College degree preferred, or work experience equivalent

+ International knowledge a plus

+ Knowledge of Meetings and Incentives Industry
