•As Customer Service Specialist the role will work under limited supervision and apply subject matter knowledge in the area of internal Customer Support (Non-Technical).

•Requires capacity to apply skills/knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements.

• Handles customer telephone queries, aiming to clarify, orient and direct detected problems toward a solution.

Project launch - Lead, cross train employees, ensure all systems are uploaded 100% before launch readiness.

Responsible for accurate and timely documentation and record keeping

Serve as Customer Advocate and primary point of contact where internal and external customers may address complaints.

Qualifications:

Some college or equivalent experience required; education may be acceptable as a substitute to experience.   Typically requires 0-4 years experience to develop the competence to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position. Candidate / incumbent should possess the following: - ability to clearly, concisely and accurately convey communications; - ability or aptitude to use various databases and other computer software applications to complete tasks. - ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior; - ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally; - demonstrated organization skills - ability or aptitude to work with diplomacy and tact - strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills
