**Role Value Proposition:**

Complete sales training program which includes a combination of structured classroom and on-the-job learning with a focus on building an understanding of the industry landscape, MetLife products and services, organizational infrastructure and sales skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ _Reports to a Regional Leader and supports the sale, service and renewal of products including Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, Hyatt Legal_

+ _Develops working knowledge on product offerings, tools, technology, processes and operations._

+ _Ability to utilize core selling skills to deliver client-centric solutions_

+ _Provides post-sale service and interaction with clients as needed._

+ _Works effectively with a seasoned RL and SMSR who serve as a mentor including the participation in meetings with the mentor and his/her Rm Sales Partners, brokers, and Underwriters._

+ _Performs other related duties as assigned_

+ _Generate reports to track/report activities, progress, and strategies_

+ _Participates actively in weekly sales team meetings and other training opportunities_

+ _Performs other related duties as assigned_

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ _0-1 years of related work experience_

+ _Bachelors degree or equivalent_

+ _Life, Health and Property & Casualty licenses (within 90 days)_

+ _Must remain up-to-date with continuing education requirements to maintain licensing_


+ _Ability develop working knowledgeable on primary product offerings_

+ _Ability to utilize core selling skills to respond to leads and deliver client-centric solutions_

+ _Working knowledge of contract, tools and technology._

+ _Knowledge of MetLifes service platform, processes and operations_

+ _Strong written and verbal communication skills; Presentation skills; Customer focus approach; Relationship building; Interpersonal skills_
