**Position Overview**







Coordinatesthe deliveryofonsiteandremoteservice activities, fromthe initial demandcreationthroughthe delivery and close out.







Schedulesanddispatchesbranch, zone and Digital ServiceCenteractivitiesand resourcesto ensurecustomerexpectationsandcommitmentsaremetfor all services and enabling datadrivenservices.TheServiceCoordinator rolemayfocusexclusivelyon theTime and Materialbillingprocess.







**Principal** **Duties** **&** **Responsibilities**







Providessupport,information,prioritizationandcoordinationofactivitiesandresourcesacrossbranches,theZoneOperationsCenterandDigital ServiceCenter.







Servesasamainpointofcontactforservicecustomerstoensureexpectationsaremet.







Handlesincomingcustomer servicerequestsviathephoneoremail,resultinginaserviceworkordertobegintheschedulinganddispatchingprocess.







SchedulesanddispatchesactivitiesandresourcestoexecuteServiceAgreementsandcustomer requests.







Handlesdecisionsregardingtheschedulingandmovementofresourcesandmaterial.Schedulesanddispatchesresourcestomeet customerexpectationsbaseduponnatureofcall, urgency,contractualobligation,availableresourcesandcustomerneeds.







Ordersandtrackspartsandsubcontractorsinsupportofmaintenanceplansandservicecalls.UtilizestheSAPserviceplatformtogenerate, schedule,dispatchand closeout workorders.







Proactivelyfollows-upwithcustomersafter completionofservicestoensureahighlevelofsatisfactionwithqualityofworkreceived.







**Preferred** **Education** **&** **Experience**







Technical schoolorAssociatesdegree(2year) preferred, althoughacombinationofeducation(HighSchoolorGEDrequired) andexperiencewillalsobeconsidered







2-5yearsexperienceincustomer servicecallhandling,dispatchingandserviceresponsedesired







Goodorganizational,interpersonal andverbal andwrittencommunicationskills







KnowledgeableinMicrosoft Officeandbusinesssoftwaresystems(i.e. SAP) required







Familiarityorexperiencewithcontrol, HVACsystems, Fire/Security Systems engineeringpreferred.SAPexperiencehighlypreferred.
