**Role Value Proposition:**







The Associate Performance Measurement and Attribution will support the development of tools, reports and actionable information and insights for effective portfolio performance interpretation and management. Contribute to effective portfolio benchmarking and performance attribution analysis. Promote data and information availability, accessibility, timeliness and accuracy for both the General Account and Investment Management real estate portfolios.







**Key Responsibilities:**







+ Help document and maintain procedures regarding the performance reporting process



+ Maintain and improve performance reporting templates at the property level



+ Assist in reviewing performance reporting packages from the administrator



+ Review and Approve the performance data feeds into REIDR from outside administrator



+ Maintain the performance mapping within the Chart of Accounts for MIM and GA



+ Review MIM product data submission to MSCI (IPD)



+ Review MIM product data submission to NCREIF



+ Assist in working with the MIM finance and administrator teams to review new acquisitions and assist in the set up in REIDR in order to properly receive data feeds



+ Assist in the creation and preparation of detailed attribution analysis for MIM and GA



+ Assist in the review of information on portfolio stratification, concentrations and financial results







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**







Required:







+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate or related fields



+ Working knowledge of real estate performance measurement/reporting tools and processes



+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills



+ Strong verbal and written communication skills



+ Ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments



+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team



+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel







Preferred:







+ Advanced degree in real estate or related field
