**Role Value Proposition:**

This role is part of MetLife Auto & Home (MLAH), a key component of the Americas business. MLAH designs, manufactures, and distributes proprietary Property and Casualty Insurance products through multiple distribution channels including Retail (Career Agent, Independent Agent, MetLife Premier Client Group Alliance), Group Voluntary & Worksite Benefits, and Direct Channels.

This is a newly created role within the Customer Development & Analytics team responsible for managing and coordinating the integration of our new and highly relevant Campaign Relationship Management platform with other customer facing systems to ensure this CRM is a repository of all customer interaction points across the customer lifecycle. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing the data, analytical modeling, and quantitative expertise required to support, enhance and ultimately optimize existing and future key customer experience and marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable insights that business partners can implement. This role will engage with various cross functional areas as well as external partners and will lead the analysis and optimization of business results while being a key contributor to the culture of customer advocacy within the organization. This role will also be responsible for the creation, maintenance and enhancement of a CRM dashboard tool that focuses on translating customer campaign and experience/interaction data into key performance indicators such as product upsell and cross-sell, customer segmentation, customer referrals, and customer loyalty and retention.

The incumbent, while working independently, will also drive a variety of projects from a system architecture and analytical modeling perspective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Analytics Modeling.

+ Ensuring CRM system architecture accounts for all integrations required to produce a single repository with a record of all customer interaction points.

+ Synthesizing requirements analysis, technical specifications analysis, data analysis, and query optimization skills into executable models based on any given business objective.

+ Partnering with campaign management to optimize existing and future campaigns in order to achieve business objectives.

+ Engaging with cross functional groups including Product Management, Claims, Marketing, Finance, Data Sciences, and IT to lead communications, facilitate mutual understanding, and maintain alignment with stipulated business goals.

+ Applying a customer-centric lens to any problem and advocating the "customer" view.

+ Translating strategies and business objectives into visual representations while communicating assumptions, approaches, and key tenets.

+ Applying an expert understanding of business needs, goals, and challenges to ultimately communicate a single story surrounding any given project.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

+ Experience in data mining, data analysis, and statistics in context of analytical modeling.

+ Experience in statistical analysis and applicable algorithms addressing key business objectives.

+ Experience translating business and functional requirements into value-driven models.

+ Experience interpreting business process flows, systems flows, data flows, and technical specifications.

+ Passion for the Customer.

+ Organizational intelligence and strong influence management/cross-functional leadership skills; adept at working in a matrixed structure.

+ Very strong presentation and communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders.

+ Experience in analytics specific to auto and home insurance CRM projects focusing on customer interactions, acquisition, retention, and lifetime value is preferred; however diverse perspectives including the retail, finance, banking, and healthcare domains are also welcome.


+ 6+ years of relevant experience, including proven track providing business leadership/guidance of a CRM system within a highly complex customer environment.

+ Demonstrated expertise in utilizing quantitative techniques to both predict and personalize the customer experience is highly desired.

+ Coding expertise, preferably SQL, Python and/or R.

+ Experience in general database design, data modeling, and entity relationship diagrams.


+ Data visualization tool expertise, oreferable Qlik Sense..

+ Experience with translating customer journey mapping output into actionable business insights.

+ Experience in machine learning as applicable to predictive analytics and analytics automation a plus.

+ Undergraduate degree highly preferred.
