**Job Description:**

**Position Summary**

Siemens Healthineers is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Product Marketing Specialist to drive global Outbound Product Marketing for Cardiology Imaging IT solutions within Digital Health Services to grow the business by combining content, thought leadership and product marketing. He/she will be responsible for strategizing, budgeting, executing and controlling outbound marketing activities and delivery of required marketing colleterals. He/she will also coordinate and align with other digital offerings and with the overall Siemens Healthineers Cardiology initiative.

**Specific Responsibilities**

*Lead the development of global marketing plans and product market introduction plans and market launch plans

*Understand your target market and translate product features into target group specific and value oriented messaging

*Collaborate and develop pricing models, pricebook texts, and price positions for solutions within area of responsibility, including ROI impact

*Aid in concept development, planning and realization of marketing materials, work with designers, agencies, writers, printers, and related vendors, Write and edit copy and direct photo sessions, oversee video/e-media production and designing presentations in close collaboration with global and regional communications managers

*Plan and realize sales education materials in close collaboration with business management and sales and develop and implement related communication activities, such as product webcasts, newsletters, SSN articles, etc.

*Help plan and support external trade shows ((HIMSS, RSNA, AHRA) aligned with HC SV DS NAM organization as well as internal global and regional sales meetings

*Create in close collaboration with customers or other healthcare experts like societies case studies and whitepapers to provide proof points for our Cardiology IT solutions

*Collaborate closely with the HC SV DS marketing communications to develop a comprehensive marketing communication strategy and tactics

*Ensure all materials distributed or published are in compliance with GMP and FDA requirements, as well as with the companys internal approval processes and branding guidelines

*Provide input into the requirements for the development of new products or enhancing existing products or product lines

Interfaces include:

*Internal: Communication, Product Management, Sales, BA, MSC, global DS marketing team

*External: Customers (Cardiologists, C-level, Techs, IT Administrators)

**Required Skills and Capabilities**

*Minimum BS or BA in marketing/communications or equivalent experience

*Experience: 5+ years of healthcare experience in marketing, services, communications and/or sales

*Process driven, detail oriented individual who can organize oneself and attend to multiple tasks, strong project management skills and experience

*Ability to creatively translate product requirements into targeted messaging, positioning and marketing activities that complement the overall business strategy

*Excellent communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, writing, presentation), excellent English-writing and editing skills

*Presentation, storytelling and speaking skills

*Product knowledge cardiology IT systems

*Knowledge of the healthcare market and trends

*Team-oriented mindset

*Adept in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint #LI-BI1
