**Role Value Proposition** :

The U.S Business Senior Metrics Consultant II is responsible for defining and implementing processes for the U.S. Business to develop metrics and reporting across U.S. Business, GTO (IT, Operations, CSC) and marketing partners to effectively support the business objectives and results holistically across the USB portfolio.

This role will support the partner engagement operating model and governance framework to enable informed decision making across U.S. Business plans, marketing, ongoing operations and enabling technology. This role will create deliverables in support of U.S. Business leadership, planning officers and their senior leaders as well as the partners in GTO and marketing to manage the U.S. Business Portfolio performance. Additionally, the role will manage the portfolio and allocations for the Strategic Solutions & Governance portfolio.

**Summary of Responsibilities:**

+ Supports Senior Management through the development of business and U.S. Business partners to develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting that supports business objectives and results across LOBs (includes Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders, Marketing)

+ Under minimal supervision, tracks, analyzes and reports complex financial and operational metrics information for U.S. Business, including recommendations for what metrics to track, how they are measured, and the method in which data is tracked, stored and reported

+ Develops internal frameworks to measure business plan objectives, and ensures that targets and timelines are tracked and met; performs process analysis and improvement / optimization activities

+ Creates communications related to complex strategic business plans and initiatives including preparation of agenda, reports, presentations and speaker notes for senior level management and SLT meetings

+ Identifies training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs; partners with all areas of GTO and Marketing to build strong working relationships and improve workflow and organizational issues

+ Compiles and analyzes GTO and Marketing data and creates high level reports including trend analysis, status of major initiatives, escalating issues, financials, KPI, UCI and potential recommendations

+ Collects key performance metrics from various sources, and using management analysis tools, complex analyses such as cost projections, feasibility studies, benchmark comparisons and other reports

+ Supports the management of GTO portfolios and prepares benefit realization analyses including ROIs, financial forecasting and reporting for Strategic Solution & Governance business and IT allocations and annual planning for Strategic Solution & Governance business and allocations.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

+ Initiative to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs, and stay focused on delivering results

+ Ability to comprehend complex data and creatively problem solve to drive solutions

+ Track record of utilizing written and verbal communication skills to interface with senior leadership and prepare executive summaries

+ Strong interpersonal relationship skills while working with multiple individuals and teams

**Required** :

+ Previous work experience in complex data analysis and reporting

+ Track record of delivering complex, interactive dashboards, scorecards and self-service solutions

+ Organizational and time-management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables at varying stages in a dynamic environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


+ Bachelors Degree in related field of study

+ Knowledge of data tools, such as Cognos, Qlik, etc.
