**Job Description:**

**Position** **Overview** :

Reporting to the global head of the SAP

Center of Excellence, this job entails managing a project team that is

responsible for working with the Siemens Healthineers business and development

partners to expand the capabilities of the new global SAP sales and service

system and deliver it to the US Siemens Healthineers business. Thereafter, this

position will oversee change management and support activities for the system. Working knowledge of German would a plus in this role.

**Job** **Duties:**

o Manage a team of 8 to 12 systems/business

analysts with expertise in requirements engineering, system development life

cycle, systems integration, SAP, test management and Siemens Healthineers

business processes.

o Direct IT efforts on SAP projects with budgets

up to $20 million

o Manage service provider contracts and


o Manage an operations budget of approximately $5

million per year

o Ensure customer satisfaction, employee

productivity and quality of work.

o Address customer service concerns and monitor


o Motivate employees to achieve customer and

company performance goals.

o Perform employee management responsibilities

such as hiring, training, conducting performance reviews and resolving issues.

o Work with Siemens Healthineers management to

qualify and manage the portfolio of potential projects and change requests.

o Analyze existing policies/procedures and recommend


o Ensure the proper implementation of all company policies,

procedures and productivity tools.

o Maintain knowledge of regulatory laws, changes and

requirements and ensure compliance.

o Advise and implement industry best practices to improve

applications and services.

**Qualifications** :

o A masters or bachelors degree in Information

Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

o 6 or more years of management experience,

including three or more years managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)


o Experience working with one of more of the

following SAP applications: Customer Services, Sales and Distribution,

Materials Management, Finance and Controlling.

o Strong listening, negotiation, organizational,

oral and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task


o Experience working in a multi-cultural team


o Proven track record of delivering projects on

schedule and within budget.

o Must be self-directed and have the ability to

adapt to new technologies and situations quickly.

o Must be willing to travel internationally up to

25% of the time, 50% over the first 6 months
