**Job Location:** NYC, NY

**Role Value Proposition:**

This role is responsible for overall strategic and operational business management of the Governance and Enterprise Program Management department. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong executive communication and analysis skills, self-motivation, and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develops, manages, and monitors the comprehensive strategic roadmap for Governance, Enterprise Program Management, and Global Value Assurance.

+ Develops, manages, and monitors the comprehensive roadmap for developing leadership capabilities within our group.

+ Manages the annual budget and performance management processes

+ Manages and supports the annual financial and performance management process.

+ Engages with stakeholders to execute strategy.

+ Ensures a consistently high standard for all executive communications.

+ Supports all team communications including the Enterprise Program Management Operating Committee, All Hands, Leadership Development Series, and various Value Assurance and Post Implementation Reviews.

+ Develops and manages with operational metrics, including financial and headcount reporting.

+ Leads the development of an effective approach to professional services fees that allow our group to track and win work on merit.

+ Runs the annual project manager effectiveness survey

+ Leads development of project manager capabilities, including workshops and learning events

+ Supports the development of enterprise program and benefits realization methodologies

+ Prepares for and facilitates critical meetings (e.g., steering committees, executive presentations, operating reviews, and All Hands).

+ Measures and supports the department operational metrics, financials, recruitment, intake and findings.

+ Supports control activities such as value assurance, risk management, and internal audit management findings.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ Bachelors degree

+ 10+ years broad experience in Consulting, Auditing, Change or Engagement Management with 8-10 years project and program management experience

+ Excellence in oral and written executive presentations

+ Expertise in written communications and telling the story

+ Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative global team environment

+ Strong ability to effect change

+ Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills

+ Statistical analysis (SPSS) for survey analytics is a nice to have

+ Thought leader, high energy, proactive, detail oriented and highly organized


+ Masters degree , MBA
