Description

Homes.com, a leading online real estate platform, has an immediate need for a Salesforce Support Specialist located in Norfolk, Virginia.  The role will provide support to system users, assistance with documentation, user training and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Activate/deactivate user accounts and manage associated documentation for audit purposes
  • Provide user support and guidance
  • Document system functionality, processes and workflows, helping to build and maintain reference library
  • Create user training materials and help deliver user training
  • Configure system reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics
  • Research compatible applications for potential integration
  • Assist development team with quality assurance testing on new functionality
  • Update/disseminate system release notes

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve with great attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Bachelor’s Degree or four plus (4+) years' success in sales support role
