**Position Overview**







_Provides customer service and support; resolves problems, and promotes company products and services._ _Experience with the generation, maintenance, organization, and/or distribution of customer support agreements a plus._







**Responsibilities**







Performs semi-complex work within area of specialization. Interprets documented rules, past practices, or instruction on a semi-independent level.







Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.







_Experience with the generation, maintenance, organization, and/or distribution of technical support agreements a plus. Conducts semi-complex analysis, project/process reporting and database/data management. Participates in the development of programs, statistical reports, budgets and presentations. Strong skills with Microsoft products especially Excel and Word. Experience in dealing with third party companies such as solution partners, distribution channels, OEMs and internal sales is a plus._







**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







Excellent soft skills and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Self-motivator, ability to work with minimal supervision with attention to details. Minimal travel (5%) may be required. _Experience with the_ _generation, maintenance, organization, and/or distribution of technical support agreements a plus. Responds_







to incoming inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services. Supports customers by providing information while providing efficient and courteous service. Participates in investigating and resolving semi-complex problems. Supports order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling.
