Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Achievement orientation to include benefiting from what you learn through recruiting metrics
  2. Focus on quality of hire with excellent scores in your \"submission to interview\" and “offer to acceptance” ratios; sales or sales recruiting success and / or real estate expertise is preferred but not required
  3. Top tier candidate pipelines built from a variety of sourcing techniques and platforms to include social media
  4. Professional competencies and personal strengths include business acumen, comfort around senior management, enthusiasm, leadership, problem solving, creativity, priority setting, organizing, approachability, composure, drive for results, persuasion… we're not seeking too much... just a polished professional with amazing relationship and communication skills… integrity and trust
  5. BS/BA in business, marketing, economics, human resources, or related professional experience
