This role will provide cross-market support functions across both Regional and Local markets in a field office(s).

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide administrative support to Service and Sales personnel.

+ Participate in the RFP process, including prospect submission.

+ Manage due dates and working with internal and external partners to coordinate responses.

+ Manage RFPs, supplemental questionnaires and any peripheral documentation necessary to provide a response.

+ Prepare presentation materials.

+ Request reports to supplement RFP responses.

+ Close out and report of final sales, maintenance of office machinery.

+ Order and maintenance of marketing materials.

+ Navigate internal systems to look up pertinent customer information.

+ Maintain notary license.

+ Perform other duties as assigned or required.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ High School diploma.

+ 2+ yrs. related business experience.

+ Notary license


+ Bachelors degree

+ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Ability to learn new systems and maneuver within multiple complex systems at same time.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Ability to solve problems and think creatively

+ Strong customer satisfaction focus.
