**Role Value Proposition:**

Protects the company from financial loss through prudent administration of corporate risk management and loss prevention programs. Examines and monitors insurance on joint ventures and mortgage investments. Collaborates with legal, real estate investments, and leasing functions on determining appropriate insurance, subrogation and indemnification provisions for leases, join venture agreements, and other contracts; maintains corporate insurance manual; arranges insurance and premium payments; negotiates with insurers concerning settlement of third party liability and insured property damage claims; processes all aspects of liability insurance claims and arranges specialized insurance coverage required by newly acquired subsidiaries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive committees and leadership review

+ Develop reporting views for key components of the TPRM program

+ Update and make changes to Product/Service and Supplier Risk Assessment tool

+ Evaluate e-GRC tool for overall program effectiveness

+ Liaise with global partners to aid in completion of risk assessments

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

+ Facilitate quarterly non-adherence remediation training

+ Conduct reporting training for global partners

+ Provide reporting implementation assistance to international affiliates, as requested

+ Standardize global reporting

+ Support the coordination between the TPRM team, U.S. and global risk partners, on key processes

+ Monitor and track risk assessments in procurement system

+ Lead O365 migration efforts

+ Design and build sub-sites, pages, lists, and libraries in SharePoint 2010 and O365

+ Create Quality Assurance checkpoint tracker for global partners

+ Participate in LEAN initiative huddle, PDCAs, etc.

+ Maintain team project calendar and mailbox

+ Work as Subject Matter Experts (SME) and with other SME's within the Operational Risk Office, IT, Law, Privacy, Compliance, Sourcing, and Treasury, to develop and apply risk assessment criteria (aligned with corporate Policy)

+ Work directly with internal business processes, applications, systems, associated with third party engagements

+ Collaborate with IT, Sourcing and Law to ensure compliance and integration of third party risk management lifecycle elements

+ Identify and measure the risks facing a business area, process or workflow based on facts, business environment, and practicality and perform appropriate due diligence to ensure identification and management of risks.
