SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Person position sells CRM and Call Center related products to both existing and new powersports and RV industry customers over the telephone and via email by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Includes the following (other duties may be assigned):

\u25CF Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, Salesforce.com and other sources.

\u25CF Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.

\u25CF Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.

\u25CF Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.

\u25CF Explains products being marketed, using script information, and emphasize benefits of the product.

\u25CF Listens carefully and comprehensively to the customer's response; interpret comments or questions, and responds to the customer's concerns.

\u25CF Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.

\u25CF Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

\u25CF Works closely with the Field Sales team to improve sales penetration and customer satisfaction

\u25CF Builds and maintains customer relationships.

\u25CF Prepares reports of business transactions.

\u25CF Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

\u25CF Attend all required initial and ongoing training meetings to develop and maintain up-to-date telephone skills, product knowledge, and familiarity with new products.

\u25CF Maintains appropriate confidentiality of all information processed.

\u25CF Independently makes telephone calls to a predetermined group of prospective or current customers to determine interest and make sales.

\u25CF Using a consultative selling technique, determine customer needs and explain products being marketed.

\u25CF Quote prices, rates, and close business with prospective and/or current customers.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty consistently and satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); and a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.


\u25CF Two years of successful inside sales experience

\u25CF Strengths required include communication skills, relationship-building skills, organization and time management skills, initiative, project management, team supervision, quality decision making, priority setting, and team-building/team-player skills

\u25CF Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

\u25CF Powersports or RV industry experience preferred

\u25CF Consistently provide excellent service and support to customers and co-workers

\u25CF Experience in and knowledge of the advertising industry

\u25CF Previous sales experience, preferably selling to a Powersports and/or RV dealers

\u25CF Ability to accurately use computer keyboard

\u25CF Good administrative skills and ability to accurately spell and proofread

\u25CF Ability to work with minimal supervision

\u25CF Ability to listen and communicate effectively on the telephone.

\u25CF Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors

\u25CF Must be a team player

\u25CF Meet deadlines and established criteria for all job functions related to sales

\u25CF Ability to work scheduled hours and to attend meetings and scheduled training sessions.

\u25CF Conform to Company policies and procedures, including dress code
