**Job Description:**


+ Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment; answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questionsand directs callers to appropriate parties, as necessary; sorts and distributes mail, files.

+ Provide receptionist and main entrance support.

+ Perform all necessary phone support for main number into branch.

+ Perform any necessary PA announcements.

+ Drafts and edits semi complex memos and other correspondence.

+ Participates in the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents.

+ Organizes assigned individuals email inbox (Outlook or other email application).

+ Efficiently schedules meetings relating to specified individuals using Outlook or other calendar application.

+ Participates in the maintainance of database information.

+ Supports the organization and maintenance of office supplies/files.

+ Organizes meetings, including catering and reserving of conference rooms, and accommodations.

+ Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction.

+ Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from manager.

+ Contacts are primarily with immediate manager and others in the group

**Required Experience**

+ HS diploma or equivalent required.

+ 2 years of administrative assistant experience, successful demonstration of appropriate processes and procedures.

+ Must be organized

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products
