**Job Description:**

**Position Overview**

The Manager of Project Management is responsible for overseeing the project managers, proposal engineer and estimator for EM CS projects including medium voltage switchgear retrofits, power transformers replacements and installations, protection & control upgrades, etc. Position will be responsible for delivering projects within budget and schedule, assessing current and future workload of current PM team (consisting of four PMs, project engineer, estimator and proposal engineer), progressively developing career path for existing team members and recruiting new resources as required within a growing organization. The position will report to the Vice President of EM CS with frequent interaction with key peers including Field Service Operations for resource planning and project cost control, Business Development for future project development and planning, and Finance for accurate and timely revenue and profit forecasting.


Key metrics that performance will be measured are project margin performance, project claim management, customer satisfaction, employee development and non-conformance cost process improvements.


The position requires 10 years of progressive responsibility in project management and/or application engineering related to the electric power industry. BS in Engineering preferred. Approximately 25% travel required as projects and bids require.
