Program Relations Associate

The Program Relations Associate will be responsible for providing service and support to the accounts managed by the Regional Program Managers as assigned. 



Position Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with local camp directors and coordinate and track the approval, editing, ordering, and distribution of flyers

  • Working with RPM, create and distribute scheduled (frequency increases from bi-weekly to weekly) Director Newsletters

  • Respond to inquiries from Directors email  and telephone

  • Coordinate the approval and placement of Regional ads, both trade and consumer, including publication and cost research, communicating with graphic design team and ensuring payment requirements are met.

  • Responsible for all camp set up and tracking activities in computer system entering new and returning camp information, tracking and initiating milestones for each step, including: materials shipment orders, staff agreement requirements, letters of agreements.  

  • Create and distribute region specific sales reports and related data; camp rosters, camp numbers versus goals, sales leads status and follow up reminders

  • Work closely and collaboratively with  operations, communications, accounting and warehouse staff to ensure a seamless internal support system exists for our ultimate customer

  • Schedule, coordinate and co-facilitate director training sessions with RPM

  • Support prospecting and sales support needs as directed by RPMs and Supervisor, Program Relations Associates.

  • Coordinate the set-up of, and potentially attend regional trade shows as directed by the RPM


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Customer service mentality with a can do attitude

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to high priority requests


Credentials and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years administrative and or customer service experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
