  2. The Program Manager is an individual contributor who will help auto dealerships achieve their goals through better utilizing our DMS solution
  3. Work directly with and maintain a relationship following new customer implementation
  4. Create agreed upon dealerships goals and course of action to achieve those goals and adjust plans and programs as needed based upon analysis
  5. Monitor results against metrics to help make dealer\u2019s lives better
  6. Oversee internal communication
  7. Contribute to product decisions based on direct customer feedback
  8. This challenging opportunity will expose the candidate to a broad set of customer-focused projects, internal and external stakeholders, and is an ideal development opportunity for candidates desiring to advance, thrive, and grow professionally.
  9. Coordinate and manage the following
    • Weekly product meetings
    • Monthly product scorecards and reviews
    • Quarterly business reviews
    • Annual strategic product planning
    • Think creatively and present ideas on strategies, products and programs

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree is preferred

      Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      1. At least five years\u2019 of experience working at an automotive dealership
      2. Significant focus is on Fixed Operations of the dealership. Experience is extremely valuable.
      3. History of success in prior software and program management positions
      4. Strong analytical skills
      5. Deadline driven and detail oriented
      6. Effective in written & verbal communication
      7. Track record of effective relationship management with cross-functional and senior level stakeholders.
      8. Experience working in a collaborative environment with a geographically distributed, matrixed team
      9. Identify additional DDS revenue opportunities and communicate to appropriate salesperson
      10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools
      11. Ability to maintain positive attitude and influence in a fast-paced, highly challenging environment
