This position provides IT support to the rapidly changing and constantly innovating global Investments department, and the accounting and reporting functions that support it.







**Key Responsibilities:**







+ Proactively identifying and implementing innovative technical solutions that simplify, optimize, and mitigate risk to production systems and processes within the Securities Accounting technical domain.



+ Performing and overseeing the prioritization, investigation and development of incident, problem, and service request coding solutions.



+ Batch performance and SLA governance.



+ Change evaluation and release management oversight.



+ Monitoring the health of the infrastructure and implementing controls and enhancements that ensure availability, stability, and performance capability of the production environment.



+ Acts as technical and business subject matter expert for less experienced colleagues.







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**







Required:







+ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems



+ 4-7 years of related work experience.



+ Proficiency in .Net, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, TFS, Tivoli Work Scheduler/PowerShell (or equivalent work scheduler)



+ Strong record of success as a leader in a collaborative team environment and customer support role.







Preferred:







+ Strong knowledge of Investments products and applications.



+ 4-7 years of experience within back office accounting and reporting operations.



+ Proven experience with Agile development, DevOps practices, and ITIL concepts.
