**Job Description:**







**Position Overview**







We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self starter, and team player to advise both our sales organization and customers in our digitalization portfolios capabilities. You will support the sales organization in approaching and serving potential customers. You will support the sales organization and our Business Development Managers as an expert in our digitalization portfolio of products and offerings. You will constantly analyze our product portfolio based on your experience with our SMEs, sales organization and customers to derive future requirements. You will structure requirements and work with the Product Portfolio Manager to bring new requirements into the overall backlog and roadmap. You will act as a force multiplier for our portfolio taking new concepts and products to our field organization and empowering them to act independently following a train the trainer concept.







**Responsibilities**







Acts as force multiplier and rollout manager responsible for ensuring successful rollouts and adoption of existing and new digitalization portfolio offerings. Come up with new ways to package portfolio tied to Xaas and Digital Business models with vertical market focus.







In this context, the demands of the market and technology as well as the profitability objectives are taken into consideration during the decision-making process. In addition, business prospects and business risks are balanced over time.







+ Supports financial results of business plan for all new digital applications and offerings



+ Assessment of present and future market, customer, competitor and technology environment



+ Endorsement of portfolio and market strategies



+ Gathering internal and external feedback on portfolio and feed it to product portfolio manager for future feature and offering prioritization



+ Capture the markets under met or underserved needs, filter the ideas based on business viability, business feasibility and potential, scale-ability, company strategy



+ Ensure that newly developed solutions are meeting the solution requirements necessary to deliver a completed solution to market



+ Solicit critical input from business segment teams, SMEs, and solution architect(s)



+ Conduct sales presentations, tailoring for audience (e.g. vertical market and stakeholder)



+ Support with sales proposals, tailoring for vertical market



+ Vertical market packaging of digital services



+ Prepare and present product demonstrations, with vertical market specific content



+ Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunities



+ Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/RFQs



+ Drive XaaS and digital business models







**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







+ Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field



+ 3+ years of successful experience in software based sales support



+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers, vendors and employees



+ Experience working with cross-functional teams



+ Experience working with clients/customers to evaluate business needs and define requirements and prioritize appropriately



+ Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a complex organization



+ Ability to travel up to 50%

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







+ Experience with cloud based offerings



+ Experience with XaaS concepts and Digital Business models



+ Knowledge of FDD, Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics



+ Knowledge of applying software to building technologies (building knowledge, HVAC, Fire Life Safety, Security)
