Process Improvement Analyst

**Role Value Proposition:**

The Process Improvement Analyst has responsibility for leading efforts related to reporting and operational metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Strategy and Enablement group in the Global Infrastructure and Technology Organization (GITO). The goal of this position will be to establish reporting and metrics that pull data from various organizations and source systems, and report on that information in such a way as to draw insights, including insights for tracking the organizations status on stability, security, scalability and response time. He/she will pull and organize data, create working level and executive reports, and provide real-time understanding about the health of the organizations ability to support its constituents.

The person in this role will work as part of a team to organize and communicate findings to the various GITO department leads and to the CTO. The resource needs to be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with all levels of management, at the working and at executive levels, and be able to work effectively with other department supporting teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Define and establish operational metrics for the GITO organization

+ Apply strong data analysis to pull together and present information with business insights that facilitate action planning

+ Align operational metrics to Enterprise strategy

+ Benchmark operational metrics across peers and set goals/targets

+ Operate as a working lead for initiatives that need execution support

**Required** :

+ Has created, implemented and automated operational metrics leveraging industry best practices and standardization.

+ Has excellent working knowledge of IT metrics, key performance indicators, and performance measures

+ Comfort level with various data and reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik or Microsoft

+ Solid understanding of IT organizations, DevOps models, how internal technology organizations work together

+ Exposure to business drivers for IT related stability, security, scalability and speed of response.

+ Accomplished change management leader, with an ability to operate independently and be able to operate effectively in a highly matrix environment.

+ Competencies: Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, sound business judgment, computer skills, ability to influence, analytical, and organizational skills

+ Undergraduate degree Business or technology field

+ 5+ years of relevant business experience.


Strong Data Analysis and Reporting background with Business Analytics

Proven success with Senior Executive presentation creation and delivery

MBA or other advanced degree
