**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead Portfolio Manager and Consultant for Global Service Operations and Global Infrastructure Services (GIS); services include Portfolio Planning - Demand Management, Ideas Pipeline, and Project Portfolio Management

+ Manages strategic alignment of portfolio categories, through evaluation, selection and prioritization, to execution, tracking and measuring the achieved business outcomes and benefits

+ Manages all Project & Program demand intake, collaboration with partners, and creation of Project Approval Requests (PAR) to present at required investment management (PAR) governance forums

+ Consult and partner with Senior Management and leadership stakeholders to manage program/project demand and create prioritized project portfolio performance reporting for the respective portfolio(s)

+ Promote qualification and quantification methods and techniques to enable objective evaluation of IT investment scenarios and analyze data to generate useful portfolio dashboards and reporting

+ Work with leadership, Program and Project managers to outline portfolio and financial data needs for partnership profiles and recommend new ways improve portfolio data dashboards, reporting, and analytic processes

+ Engage and conduct monthly reviews with senior partnership and organizational leadership to validate and assess the project portfolio, execute change, and reprioritize to meet business needs as required

+ Present portfolio and financial data findings at required leadership, stakeholder, and team forums

+ Prepare Portfolio Roadmaps to feature key project deliverables and milestones, enabling better decisions based on dependencies across the portfolio

+ Maintain current and progressive IT trends and industry knowledge of best practices, concepts and procedures

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, or related field

+ 7+ years in a Project, Program or Portfolio and Financial Management experience

+ Strong understanding of portfolio, project and program management and agile methodologies

+ Strong financial acumen and understanding of portfolio financials

+ Ability to collaborate effectively and transparently and work as part of a team

+ Strong attention to detail as well as simplifying large data sets for data-driven decision making

+ Enhanced relationship management, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.


+ PMP certified, SAFe, Lean, additional related certifications

+ Masters Degree in related field
