**Job Description:**

**ADFM Portfolio Development Executive** USA Remote

The **Aerospace, Defense, Federal & Marine (ADFM) Portfolio Development Executive** (PDE) will focus on leading a cross functional team to design and execute a go to market strategy covering each solution domain across Enterprise and SMB markets. In partnership with direct and indirect sales channels, the Industry PDE and team will engage with the account executives and marketing to build pipeline. Industry PDEs will focus on the execution of campaigns and initiatives to create and mature sales pursuit(s) during the identify and discover stages of the sales cycle.


+ Point of contact for industry business unit vice president to coordinate the go to market strategy

+ Build industry segmentation model and align strategies to pursue segment based execution

+ Drive the execution of the fiscal year industry go to market plan ensuring each domain portfolio development executive delivers against plan

+ Partner with zone industry marketing lead to create fiscal year marketing plan and supports/internally promotes campaign activities as agreed to with zone marketing

+ Ensure awareness and education for selected campaigns/initiatives with the industry sales team

+ Engage in Territory and Account planning sessions to drive adoption go to market plan

+ Proactively drive communication with industry sales leaders and account executives

+ Capture metrics for industry leaders, schedule and lead monthly reviews

+ Deliver key industry value stream messages with a complete understanding of how each domain fits into strategy

+ Collaborate with global industry & marketing leads to develop new campaign concepts

+ Provide feedback and improvement suggestions on specific campaigns or initiatives to the zone or global PDEs

+ Lead a cross functional team of domain PDEs

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS degree is required

Must currently reside in the continental USA

Must currently hold US Citizenship status due to client security policies

Must have 5 to 10 years or more of enterprise or manufacturing software sales or presales experience and strong, proven grasp of PLM/MFG technology/solutions

Trusted as independent capable within new or existing customers at

various organizational levels

50% customer/sales executive focused

Proven written and presentation development skills required, with

strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint and Tableau

An understanding of organizational management is critical

Must have the ability to multi-task

Experience presetting to mid/upper level management and technical


Collaborate and drive results from people across multiple


Formal and informal networking across company


Must be open to approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

ADFM sales or technical experience high preferred

Multi solution and multi industry experience a plus

MBA Preferred
