_Job Description Operations Project Manager_

**Position Overview**

Being part of DF PL FP&A team with focus on IT and business concepts.


- Responsible for Data Flow Management between reporting tools

- Ensure data consistency and data integration across systems within

finance tool landscape

- Development of a reporting business concept

- Project responsibility for IT project

- Designs and develops technical specification, and timeline,

milestones and budget needed in the project.

- Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and

milestones regularly to all stakeholders.

- Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and

monitors test results.

- Clean and detailed documentation of data flows

- Overall project coordination of finance relevant IT topics

- Work with the Data Stewards to ensure that data quality is secured

and maintained

- Root-Cause Analysis for data deviation between tools

- Implementation of consolidation logic into multiple reporting layers

- Support data migration and ensure that a standard processes for data

loading is implemented

- involvement & coordination of other stakeholders

- Coordination of IT experts within the BI environment

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

- Proven track-record in managing multiple assignments simultaneously &

Project Management experience and structuring of diverse stakeholder


- Understanding of key components of SDLC and PM critical components

(Organization skills to steer projects as scope, time, costs, quality,

HR, communications, risk mitigation, integration, etc.)

- Excellent organizational skills steering project, keeping timeline

- Experience in implementing IT Systems & Coordination of IT experts

within the BI environment

- Experience of implementing change management processes

- Familiar with Finance tool landscape Essbase, ESPRIT, SAP BW, SAP


- General understanding of product hierarchy concept

- Combination of Finance process and Finance systems experience.

- Strong analytical and administrative skills; formal Business Analysis

experience preferred

- Consultative mentality; formal consulting experience preferred

- Must have a good attitude and know how to make work enjoyable;

curiosity imperative

- Consistently dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and highly driven
