**Overview:**







The Marketing Programs Manager for the Americas is



responsible for all marketing execution at both an industry and



portfolio level for the US and Canada. At the industry execution level



the primary area of focus will be Aerospace and Defense. Other



secondary industries may be assigned.







As the marketing execution lead, you will be responsible for the



following functions within your role:







Awareness: you will build awareness through campaign execution for



the US and Canada for the Aerospace and Defense industry including



interfacing with the analyst community, encouraging press interviews



and PR placements, and participating in speaking opportunities where



appropriate (such as conferences, panels, and round tables).



Demand generation: you will be responsible for executing demand



generation programs across the US and Canada targeted at key industry;



managing the execution budget; reporting and tracking effectiveness of



execution; and aligning global marketing campaigns to local needs in



order to drive effective lead generation and pipeline results.



Sales enablement: you will be responsible for enabling sales around



the Aerospace and Defense industry to enable sales around the adoption



of campaigns and marketing programs.



Inbound marketing: you will drive inbound marketing requirements



through campaign execution in collaboration with industry and product



marketing, including competitive positioning, local market



requirements, business value statements, and alignment of solutions to



both industry and revenue sales objectives.







The Marketing Programs Manager position requires effective planning,



creative thinking, communications, execution excellence, knowledge of



manufacturing market and customer challenges, Aerospace and Defense



industry knowledge, and the enthusiasm to communicate our Product



Lifecycle Management (PLM) vision to the market while supporting our



sales team. Siemens in a highly matrixed organization and this



individual contributor role will require excellent collaborationskills



working with and influencing people outside the Americas marketing



team







**Responsibilities:**



This is an individual contributor role



Manages cross-product campaign execution within the Aerospace and



Defense industry.



Ensures lifecycle management solutions are driven to market through



collaboration with execution managers



Planning and execution of integrated marketing plans across the US



and Canada



Tracking and reporting marketing execution results across business



zone via sales and business unit



Communication and coordination with product marketing, product



development, industry teams, and sales (direct and indirect channel)



Coordinate and execute physical events (tradeshows, conferences,



seminars, etc.)



Development of customer successes



Develop execution tactics for local execution of global campaigns



adopted in country for target industry



Work with partners on execution and definition of joint marketing



opportunities



Sales enablement including training, positioning, packaging and



pricing support in alignment with campaign execution



Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision







**Required Skills**







5+ years of similar work experience; specific domain experience and a



proven track record in the B2B software industry are preferred



Strong project management and collaboration skills



Strong written and verbal communication skills



Excellent time management, interpersonal communications, decision



making, presentation and organization skills



Able to work and deliver to a deadline with high quality work product







Able to work with others and build consensus based decisions



Able to collect input from various teams and develop optimal plan



Previous marketing and communications experience; business or sales



experience a plus



Travel will be required (25% - 50%)
