**Job Description:**

**Position Overview**

A data-driven team member who: provides analytics expertise to

MindSphere.io team in the form of consultation, analysis, and creation

of reports; can navigate all digital platforms to pull necessary data;

effectively communicates analysis and results; is comfortable

identifying data trends.

Strategically leverages expert- automation capabilities in support of

PLs customer lifecycle/user journey model. Delivers highly complex

projects with a focus on speed and outcomes that meet or exceed project


**Essential functions:**

Interpret data and reports

Possess advanced knowledge ofcampaign set up and management, form

development and management, segment management, reporting, contact

management, lead scoring, app integration, CRM integration

(specifically Salesforce.com) and contact level security

Collaborate with IT to help them understand the business requirements

that will determine the analysis and design of effective technical


Pull necessary data from Salesforce, Eloqua, Omniture Lithium,

AdWords, Adobe Media Optimizer

Implement technology components of re-imagination program (e.g. new

designs, new use cases)

Own Omniture and leads future development of platform

Create agreed upon reports for campaigns, MVPS and high-priority

projects like online re-imagination

Advise marketing organization analytics on best practices

Drive marketing analytics habits and process within GDMC

Liaise with marketing operations

**Skills and abilities desired:**

Experience in analytics platform such as Omniture or Google Analytics

Excellent communication skills with high, positive energy

Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS code

Strong process orientation: able to analyze requests, determine scope,

research options, recommend a solution, measure project success

Strong process and metric orientation

Ability to work with all types of personalities

Ability to create, edit or optimize content

Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively under tight

deadlines and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously

Basic analytics capabilities familiarwith different data collection

and measurement techniques

Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing. Advanced degree in

business management, marketing, planning or statistics desirable.

Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing analytics
