This role will manage a team responsible for the quality management of our institutional billing operations .

**Key Responsibilities:** .

+ Leads a multiproduct Voluntary Benefits Service (VBS) Billing team that will position the organization to meet and exceed the future needs of its customers and achieve financial and growth goals.

+ Consolidates and manages a multi-product billing team whose goals would include positively impacting earnings, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, expense management and administrative processes.

+ Proactively engages and influences internal and external business partners in order to integrate process and system architecture enhancements to achieve a coordinated and streamlined approach to billing.

+ Integrates billing of new voluntary products into the voluntary service operations; develops and deploys change management process to ensure timely and quality integrations into the voluntary service teams.

+ Leads and manages a quality team that deploys and maintains the Quality Management System to increase focus on the customer, process improvement, measurement and provide associates with the tools to achieve new levels of skills, quality, knowledge and job satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Full people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ High School Diploma

+ 8+ years relevant business experience


+ Bachelor degree
